Our\u00a0group,\u00a0\u00a0with\u00a0Mahesh, Yuti, Apeksha, Shahdab, Dhwani, Jay, came up with the following:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Our highest priority is to satisfy the customer\u00a0through early and continuous delivery\u00a0of valuable software.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Deliver value to satisfy<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>2. Welcome changing requirements, even late in\u00a0development. Agile processes harness change for\u00a0the customer&#8217;s competitive advantage.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Accept changes willingly<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>3. Deliver working software frequently, from a\u00a0couple of weeks to a couple of months, with a\u00a0preference to the shorter timescale.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Prioritize, Breakdown, Deliver frequently<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>4. Business people and developers must work\u00a0together daily throughout the project.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Close collaboration, daily<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>5. Build projects around motivated individuals.\u00a0Give them the environment and support they need,\u00a0and trust them to get the job done.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Trust &amp; cultivate talent<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>6. The most efficient and effective method of\u00a0conveying information to and within a development\u00a0team is face-to-face conversation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Face-to-face works best<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>7. Working software is the primary measure of progress.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Delivery is\u00a0<\/strong><b>Boolean<\/b><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>8. Agile processes promote sustainable development.\u00a0The sponsors, developers, and users should be able\u00a0to maintain a constant pace indefinitely.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Maintain delivery velocity<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>9. Continuous attention to technical excellence\u00a0and good design enhances agility.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Focus, Design, Excel<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>10. Simplicity&#8211;the art of maximizing the amount\u00a0of work not done&#8211;is essential.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Do less, do better<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>11. The best architectures, requirements, and designs\u00a0emerge from self-organizing teams.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pick over assign<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>12.
