Since then, I&#8217;ve tried them multiple times at home and \u00a0I just can&#8217;t get enough.\u00a0If you have tortilla wraps &amp; baked beans at hand, it only takes about 45 mins from start to serve.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/photos-c.ak.instagram.com\/hphotos-ak-xaf1\/10499304_510131615784994_832840701_n.jpg\" alt=\"Lunch with cousins\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lunch with cousins<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Tortilla corn wraps (4)<\/li>\n<li>Finely chopped onions &amp; capsicum (1 each)<\/li>\n<li>Chopped Olives &amp; Jalapenos (6 each)<\/li>\n<li>Tomato puree or ketchup (3\/4 cup)<\/li>\n<li>Baked beans (1\/2 can)<\/li>\n<li>Oregano, Tabasco sauce, Salt to taste<\/li>\n<li>Mozarella cheese<\/li>\n<li>Shredded\/pulled chicken (Pre-cooked)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 2448px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/prasadgupte.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/08\/wpid-img_20140806_171507.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2448\" height=\"2448\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Assembling the enchiladas<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preparation:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat some olive oil in a skillet. Start by sauteing\u00a0onions and then add capsicum, tomato puree, Tabasco sauve &amp; salt. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are cooked. Do not add the olives &amp; jalapenos<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Heat the wraps in the microwave in batches of 2, each for 30 seconds<\/li>\n<li>Pre-heat the oven at 180C<\/li>\n<li>Lay\u00a0the wraps in a baking dish as seen\u00a0above<\/li>\n<li>Start assembling each wrap with the cooked mix at the bottom, following by few spoons of baked beans and then the olives &amp; jalapenos.
