At the beginning of the first session, we&#8217;ll agree on what you want to achieve. You can expect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Safe Place to Gain new perspectives \u2602\ufe0f<\/li><li>Sounding board to explore your own resources \ud83e\ude9e<\/li><li>Partner to Build Personal Awareness \ud83e\udd1d<\/li><li>Accountability to establish and act toward achieving goals \ud83d\udcaa\ud83c\udffc<\/li><li>Deeper Level of Learning that you can apply to other situations \ud83c\udf08<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"frame-challenge\">What topics can I bring? No slots available!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I offer at least 1 session per week that you can book below. New slots open every Monday. <span class=\"highlight\">If your topic is time-critical, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prasadgupte.com\/blog\/contact\/\" title=\"Contact\">reach out here<\/a><\/span> and I&#8217;ll try to find something sooner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"why-prasad-offers-mentoring\">Why do I offer these coaching sessions (free)?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I&#8217;m doing this to be a better coach and help add value to people around me. I&#8217;ve seen the positive effects of coaching and a culture that leverages it to empower and grow people. \ud83d\udcaa\ud83c\udffc<\/li><li>To achieve mastery, I&#8217;m training with the&nbsp;Intellicoach Leader Academy to be a certified coach.
