It could be around any of the above topics. <em>For example, in the next X months, I would like drive X to Y.<\/em><\/li><li>Define an <strong>outcome<\/strong> for the session. We can reflect on the situation, brainstorm options, create a plan or even set goals.<ul><li><em>discuss feasibility\/viability of a business idea \ud83c\udfaf<\/em><\/li><li><em>gain perspective on a business, customer or career challenge. \ud83d\udca1<\/em><\/li><li><em>explore\/plan the path to up-skill, transition and advance career. \ud83d\ude80<\/em><\/li><li><em>discuss a product or leadership challenge \ud83c\udff9<\/em><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Provide <strong>context<\/strong>. A link to your profile\/resume, or product website\/pitch would I was to get the most out of the session.<\/li><li>Remember, everything you share remains private &amp; confidential. \ud83d\udd10<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"book-coaching-session\">How do I book a session? No slots available!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I offer at least 1 session per week that you can <a href=\"#schedule-session\" title=\"#schedule-session\">book above<\/a> or via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.platohq.com\/mentors\/prasad-gupte-642046712\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.platohq.com\/mentors\/prasad-gupte-642046712\">Plato<\/a>. New slots open every Monday and the next 4-6 weeks are typically booked. <span class=\"highlight\">If your topic is time-critical, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prasadgupte.com\/blog\/contact\/\" title=\"Contact\">reach out here<\/a><\/span> and I&#8217;ll try to find something sooner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"maximise-session-takeaway\">How do I takeaway the most from the session?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Reschedule<\/strong> ahead. If you cannot make it for some reason you can always cancel or reschedule via the calendar invite. Avoid last-minute changes.<\/li><li>Arrive <strong>on-time<\/strong>. A couple of minutes is understandable in current times. We can get a lot done in 30 minutes.<\/li><li>Brief <strong>intros<\/strong>. Connect via LinkedIn so we can compress\/skip my intro, and focus on you instead. This is about you!<\/li><li>Elaborate your <strong>challenge<\/strong>. But I&#8217;ve had the fortune of some great mentors \u2014 acquaintances, colleagues, ex-bosses \u2014 who helped with their guidance and unique perspectives at key junctures in that journey. \ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffb This is my way of saying thank you and giving back to the community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My mentoring journey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I started in 2019 when a colleague asked if I could help figure their career path.
